About Day Group
We’re a family-owned business with over 75 years in construction and recycling. With 25+ locations and nearly 700 people, we offer stability and real opportunities to grow. Our Brentford facility recycles Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) and turns it into Ecoblend®, a sustainable aggregate used in construction, helping reduce landfill and protect natural resources.
What You’ll Do
- Sort metal and other materials from a moving conveyor
- Clean plant areas using tools and equipment
- Assist with maintenance and repairs
- Keep the site safe and tidy
Hours
- 20 – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (depending on shift pattern)
- We currently have 1 x Early Shift position and 1 x Late Shift position available
- Early shift pattern: 06:45 – 11:45 (including 1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Late shift pattern: 12:00 – 22:00 (including 1 hour unpaid lunch)
