Mortar Sands
Dry Screened Building SandBS EN 13139, also known as soft sand due to its fine rounded particles and clay content of 10% or higher. Typical use is for the production of mortar for bricklaying and block work. These sands are supplied from various sources and care should be taken in matching existing colours |

Washed Building SandWashed and usually subject to the bricklayer's preference for colour and workability. These sands vary in colour, dependent on source and the natural variations inherent in the raw material. Please note – If possible, due to possible variation, it is advisable to order all sand volumes required to complete brickwork projects at the start of the project. |
