Bagged salt can be provided as bulk bagged salt or salt in 25kg bags supplied 50 to a pallet.
Loose rock salt and grit salt, unless stored inside or spread immediately will react to rain and damp atmospheric conditions which leach the salt content away, rendering the material less effective.
One way to prevent this is to have your rock salt or winter grit supplied in either bulk bags, which provide some protection and the ability to distribute the salt to several locations or in 25kg bags which allow long term storage and manual handling of the material.
